At Precious Holistic Touch Foundation INC, we believe that leadership begins with wholeness—and that starts young.

As the world shifts rapidly around us, it's more important than ever that our youth are equipped to lead not just with ambition, but with balance. Through our Vibe & Thrive Tribe youth initiative, we are committed to cultivating the next generation of leaders who show up fully: mentally sharp, emotionally grounded, spiritually aligned, physically well, and socially aware. We want our young people to own rooms, speak truth, advocate for change, and carry the confidence that comes from holistic preparation.

This commitment is beautifully represented by one of our very own: Emani Dear-Hall, our Youth Representative and Administrative Assistant for the Foundation. In this featured video clip, Emani speaks on the current climate in education, addressing the removal of DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) programs and the importance of knowing our history to avoid repeating it. With grace and clarity, she reminds us why young voices are essential in shaping conversations around justice, equity, and community health.

Emani is not only a shining example of the kind of leadership we aim to nurture—she’s also my daughter. In just two weeks, she will begin her next chapter as a college student majoring in Political Science, Pre-Law, with a concentration in International Relations. Her passion, poise, and purpose are a reflection of what happens when we give our youth the space and tools to grow holistically.

Through our programs, we create safe spaces for youth to thrive, connect, and lead. We believe that when young people are taught to care for their minds, bodies, spirits, and environments, they’re not just prepared for success—they’re prepared to make an impact.

We are proud to amplify Emani’s voice and the voices of all our youth leaders who are boldly stepping into their purpose.
