The Vibe & Thrive Service Leadership Training Program is a required preparatory course for selected participants serving as part of the Youth (College-Age) Leadership & Service Team for The Foundation-supported events. This training equips participants with the skills, mindset, and professionalism needed to serve with excellence during live, in-person, and hybrid (in-person + virtual) events; including responsibilities such as event operations, hospitality, registration, and Zoom moderation. Participants selected for this program have been intentionally chosen based on leadership potential, responsibility, and readiness to serve. Completion of this training is required in order to: Participate in the event as a Service Leader Earn verified community service hours Serve in operational and digital moderation roles This program emphasizes service-based leadership, professionalism, communication, and accountability while aligning with the mission and values of Precious Holistic Touch Foundation Inc.
